Overview

Joon offers flexible purchase options designed around your ritual and your life. This policy explains how subscriptions, pre-orders, and trial purchases work, and how you can manage, change, or cancel them at any time.


Subscriptions

Subscribing to Joon is the best way to stay consistent with your ritual. When you purchase a subscription you'll receive automatic repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout — monthly by default.

Billing Your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery on your selected schedule unless you choose to pay in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate.

What you get as a subscriber

  • Flexible delivery — pause, skip, or rush your next order at any time

Making changes You can modify your subscription at any time — change your delivery frequency, swap products, update your shipping address, or pause your deliveries. Log in to your Joon account and manage everything from your subscription dashboard, or follow the link in any of your order confirmation emails.

Cancelling You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date with no penalty and no questions asked. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive and have access to any orders already processed and paid for.

To cancel, visit your account dashboard or contact us directly at support@joonpro.com and we'll take care of it within one business day.

We do not offer refunds for subscription periods already billed and fulfilled. See our Returns Policy for full details.


Pre-Orders

Occasionally Joon may offer products on a pre-order basis — meaning the product is not yet in stock or is launching soon and you are reserving your order in advance.

How it works At checkout we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount depending on the product. Your payment method will be stored securely and the remaining balance will be charged when your order is ready to fulfill. You will be notified in advance before any charge is processed.

Cancellations You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. Once your pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
