Damaged or Incorrect Items We stand behind every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@joonpro.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll make it right immediately — no hassle, no runaround.

Why We Can't Accept Returns on Opened or Undamaged Products Due to the health and safety regulations associated with consumable supplement products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or are in otherwise good condition upon arrival. This policy exists to protect every Joon customer — including you.

Unopened Items In the rare case that you'd like to return an unopened, sealed product, please contact us at support@joonpro.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll review on a case by case basis.

Refunds Once your damaged item claim is approved, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@joonpro.com and we'll ship the correct item at no additional cost. A prepaid return label will be included in your replacement package.
