Fulfillment & Shipping All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our partner from their warehouse(s) in the United States (primarily Denver, CO). The shipping label will show their warehouse address as the sender. Orders may occasionally split across locations, which can slightly affect delivery times.

Processing Time Every Joon order is carefully prepared and fulfilled before it ships. Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping (United States) Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days (USPS Ground Advantage)
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (USPS Priority, where available)

Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is typically 6–8 business days.

Please note that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may not be available at this time. If your address cannot be serviced at checkout, please contact us at support@joonpro.com.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days
  • Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch (FedEx International Zone 1)
  • Free shipping on qualifying subscription orders (shown at checkout)
  • All Canadian orders include applicable taxes/duties at checkout (DDU terms)

International Shipping Joon ships to selected international destinations. International orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing times.

Important — International Customers: All international orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means that any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee at checkout. Joon has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Joon is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services.

Free Shipping Free shipping is available on qualifying subscription orders as displayed at checkout. Promotional free shipping offers are subject to their own terms and conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If you have not received a tracking email within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@joonpro.com.

Shipping Delays All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Joon is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, public holidays, or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

During high-volume periods such as promotional events or holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours and all entry points of your property
  2. Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout
  3. Contact your local carrier with your tracking number
  4. If still unresolved, contact us at support@joonpro.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date

Joon is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. We will review lost package claims on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@joonpro.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.

Address Changes and Order Modifications Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once an order has entered processing we may be unable to accommodate address changes or cancellations. Contact us immediately at support@joonpro.com if you need to make a change and we will do our best to assist.

Joon is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
